                                                                          ISOLATED SOY PROTEIN 
 
Isolated soy protein (ISP) is a highly refined form of soy protein with a protein content of approximately 90% or higher. It is derived from white soy flakes by removing most of the fats and carbohydrates. Emulsion type isolated soy protein is a specific functional form of ISP that is particularly effective in stabilizing emulsions, making it valuable in various food and industrial applications.
 
Application: Emulsified meat products, poultry and fish products, vegetarian food, 
chopped and minced meats, granular sausage, leisure food, etc. It also can be used in soya milk, diary drinks, etc.
