Product Description 
FB-2445 is textured vegetable protein, made from NON-GMO soya protein concentrate as main raw material. It is processed by extrusion or spinning process, has a specific organizational structure. It provides strength through water binding and good texture after absorbing water.

The product is widely used as minced meat for vegetarians, like beefsteak, steak vegetarian food and so on.

Shelf life, Storage and Transportation 
Shelf life is 12 months from production date, when stored under dry and cool conditions, better at a 
temperature ≤25ºC (77ºF) and a relative humidity of ≤65%. Transport in a clean lorry/container at above 
temperature. The transportation should be kept dry and free of pollution (strictly forbidden to be transported 
with toxic, volatile and radioactive substances).
